 Capoeira Resistencia now has two locations to train in Virginia as well as the opportuinity to train everyday of the week. We are still located at 1000 Carlisle Ave. inside of the Fulton Hill Studios on the third floor, and we are now also located on the south side of Richmond at the Richmond Christian Center located at 214 Cowardin Ave.Classes are open to all ages and levels and will be held everyday but not at the same location Monday thru Wednesday classes will be at Fulton Hill Studios and Thursday thru Saturday will be at the Richmond Christian Center and Sunday classes will be open rodas which will be at a different location every week  (please call to see what location we wil be at). Mestre Panao will still be offering the same training as before. He will be training students in how to play capoeira instuments, how to perform maculele and singing the songs in the Brazilian language. As well  Mestre Panao will give updates on up coming capoeira events around the country. Mestre Panao will also be selling capoeira clothing, CD's and DVD's which can be a fine tool to honeing  your capoeira skills

Rodas are get togethers we have to play Capoeira these are only on Sundays and are considered classes but everyone is invited to come play and watch they begin at 5:00pm and end whenever

WORK SHOPS 

Mestre Panao will also be offering Capoeira workshops which are a great oppurtunity to enhance your Capoeira skills the dates and location of these workshops will be annonced at a later time
